Hey Brad,

It's great to read this !

Your 30 day diet was great , where it lacks is you had to take supplements for protein and fat possibly. That may be the reason your 'tiredness' didn't go away as you know supplements don't work as well as nature's food. ( Take all the vitamin A supplements and your eye sight won't improve ). Proteins from almonds and other nuts, and minerals from figs and the 'date fruit' ( yes there's a fruit with this name 'date' ) could have made you feel full for a little longer and make for complete nutrition than just salads and make the tired feeling go away ..... as proteins and minerals are energy boosters, not to mention the "good" fat needed for body is also there in the nuts.

Anyways, 'date fruits' and figs are iron and mineral rich, so they help get rid of the tired feeling, along with protein intake from plants like nuts and beans. I'be been a vegetarian all my life ( just diary and I don't like milk, so I only eat yogurt sometimes, no eggs, no meat and I take soy milk or soy beans as it's great for women in particular ), and it's not like I'm eating salads, I eat bread, rice with greens, vegetables and lentils/beans/nuts ... and that's a lot to keep me full.

Also I'd recommend joining a hatha yoga class. If kate practices yoga for as less as 30 mins a day too, it'll go a long way to make sure she sleeps like a baby. :-) If it's not possible, a simple running would work wonders, and if it's winter, you could run where you stand in your apartment itself, jogging where you stand is the better word perhaps . :-)

Aand along with this, massaging your hair scalp with Castor oil an hour before washing your hair ( do this once a week ) works wonders. It may not feel good at first, but you'll see heat ooze from your eyes and head, you'll feel your eyes and head are cooler after the massage and it promotes quality sleep that night and makes your eyes relax along with your head.

I stopped using chemicals on my body, not even soap or shampoo made by man, but made by nature itself and it helps me glow. I'll share more if it interests anyone here, and , I'm not out here for selling or promoting any products. :-)

This Castor oil massage is an ancient eastern practice that's not fashionable anymore now in the east, but the few people who follow it, like me, will tell you it works like a charm and eases all tensions ). You'll find this oil at walmart too.

Also, try skipping meat for dinner ( on all days ), eat meat for lunch if you must, and wind up your dinner by 8pm max. The dinner should always consist of easily digestible substances ( processed foods aren't one of those ) and meat isn't surely one of those. This will solve any digestion problems.

I'm telling you these from mine and my friends experiences, hope it works for Kate and you !
